Who can register at the Talent@OSCE learning platform?

The Talent@OSCE learning platform serves specifically OSCE’s temporary staff and mission members, consultants and contractors to enable them to complete required learning. For security reasons, OSCE staff can only register with an osce.org or odihr.pl email address. Any other e-mail will be rejected upon registration to the system. Please note that all fixed-term staff and mission members are required to use the Talent Management System to complete their required online courses.

How do I register?

Please click the Register Now button in the top right corner of the screen and fill in the registration form. Upon registration, browse the available courses and choose Enroll next to the course you wish to take. Detailed step-by-step instructions are also available.

My email address seems to be already registered, what should I do?

In case you have registered for the elearning.osce.org website, you do not have to register again, and you can use the same username and password.

How do I pass a course?

Mandatory courses are tracked for completion. To complete your required courses, please enrol to all available courses, follow the course structure accordingly, and certify your completion at the end.
